We are a family-owned catering company that serve the Tupelo, MS and surrounding areas. We offer high quality services that are aligned with you, our clientele, in mind!

Services offered include elevated palate experiences for your private dinners, game and family nights, pre-ordered meals, and holiday parties.

FAQ:

Q: Where is your business located?

A: We are a private, family-owned catering company based in Tupelo, MS, but we also travel and serve the surrounding areas. Orders are fulfilled and available for pickup at 316 S Gloster St. Tupelo, MS 38801.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are available on an as needed basis as it is dependent on customer order, needs, and event date/time. Times are negotiated during consultations.

Q: Do you make deliveries?

A: Yes, for an additional up-charge and within 30 mile radius. This does not include event travel.

Q: I have an event I want catered. How far in advance should I put in my order?

A: A month notice is recommended for larger events to ensure availability and to provide the best service possible.

Q: What size events do you handle?

A: Minimum: 1 guest; Maximum: 100

Q: Do you offer free consultations?

A: Yes.

Q: When do you need final guest count?

A: 2 weeks prior to your event.

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: For pre-orders money is due at time your order is placed. For catered events, 50% is due at time of signed contract with remaining 50% due day of event and/or when service is provided.

Q: What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A: Full refund provided 2 days prior for pre-orders. Cancellations for catering events will receive 25% of deposit within 30 days of event; no refund will be given if cancellation occurs within 14 days of event with possibility of additional costs for contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposal costs.

Q: How many people does your half and full trays serve?

A: With the appropriate portion sizes, F: 12-16 guests | H: 6-8 guests.

Q: I have a last-minute order; can you assist me?

A: Yes. For an additional upcharge. Price is dependent on order size.
